Thrive Medical is a quality allied health service provider in regional NSW. Formerly Interhealth, the increasing demand for quality medical services in the region meant the company underwent a change in business structure and an expansion of services provided.
With the rapid change the business was experiencing, we collaborated with a series of brand clarity workshops, to analyse who they were becoming, why it mattered and explore core values to seek alignment across a diverse and varied team.
Deep diving into the current and future needs of the brand's various audiences, we developed an inclusive, unified brand narrative aligned to the strategic position and goals. During this process, we also underwent a naming development process and crafted a completely new brand identity design.
